A-2-Z makes every effort and invests significant resources to provide all of its customers with equal, respectful, accessible and professional service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the regulations enacted under it, considerable effort and resources are invested in implementing the accessibility accommodations required so that a person with a disability can receive the services available to all customers, independently and equally.

Accessibility arrangements at our premises

• Accessible parking spaces are available in the building's parking lot (paid), including for tall vehicles.
• There is a continuous accessible route from the parking lot, through the entrance, to the public reception area and service points (including elevators).
• Accessible service stations are available in the public reception area.
• Accessible restrooms are available on every floor of the building.
• Identification and directional signage is in place.
• Service animals trained to assist a person with a disability are permitted in the public reception area.
• If needed, you can approach service staff at the service stations for assistance.

Accessible customer service

Staff training for accessible service – We hold training sessions to build awareness of accessibility among staff and provide them with practical tools for delivering accessible service.

Accessible phone support – Our voice response system has been made accessible so that information is conveyed in clear language and without background music.

Website accessibility

This website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Accessibility accommodations were implemented according to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for internet content accessibility at level AA, and the international WCAG 2.0 document.

• The site was tested for the highest compatibility with the Chrome browser.
• The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies.
• Keyboard operation is supported using the arrow keys, Enter, and Esc.
• The site is adapted for display in common browsers and for use on mobile phones.
• We recommend using the latest version of the NVDA screen reader.
• Documents and videos uploaded to the site before October 2017 may not be fully accessible.
• The company offers information in accessible formats at no charge upon request.

Reporting an accessibility issue

The company works on an ongoing basis to improve accessibility, and welcomes reports of accessibility problems or failures. We are committed to handling every report and finding an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
